The 1000 Workout

My friend Emily and I tried out this work out and it is killer.

We broke each set into 25 and repeated the 10 workouts 4 times.

We finished 1,000 reps in about 40 minutes. WOAH!

I love Cassey Ho’s workouts from her blogitlates blog.She is truly an inspiration.

I always look forward to her printables that I can take with me anywhere.
