Hydration Tips

In order to get my 8 cups of water in a day I cut up a lemon into 4 wedges.

I then squeeze the juice into each time I fill up my water glass.

In no time I drink 4 glasses of water throughout the work day.

I also drink 1 cup with each meal and a water bottle per workout.

Try this and there are also added benefit to lemon juice and booting your metabolism!
