The easiest meal prep you will ever experience!
6 Tbs Pumpkin Purée
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Plain Low-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Banana Puréed
2 cup Old fashioned oats
Mixed all ingredients together and place into mason jars and it will be ready in the morning!
